MVP Power Rankings: Where does Josh Allen rank entering Week 8?
1. Tom Brady, QB (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
This past week against the Chicago Bears, Tom Brady didn’t put together big passing totals with only 211 passing yards and wasn’t necessarily accurate with a completion percentage of 55.6%. However, it didn’t matter as the Bucs once again won in a blowout by a final score of 38-3 due to Brady throwing four touchdowns in Week 7.
This is now the fourth game this season where Brady has had four or more passing touchdowns in a game. In the past three games, Brady has thrown 11 touchdowns to only one interception.
For the season, he leads the league in completions (203), pass attempts (303), passing yards (2,275), passing touchdowns (21). There are a number of players who are off to a great start to the season but if it were to end today, Tom Brady would be the clear favorite to win the MVP award.
