Bleacher Report: Buffalo Bills ranked as third best in NFL

Current Week’s Ranking: 3

Last Week’s Ranking: 4

Of the four power rankings I looked at, Bleacher Report ranked the Bills the lowest at third overall. They were behind two NFC West teams, the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams.

"The term “statement win” gets thrown around a lot in the NFL. But Sunday night in Kansas City, the Buffalo Bills absolutely earned one. After falling to the Chiefs at Arrowhead in last year’s AFC Championship Game, the Bills exacted some revenge, blasting the Chiefs on their own field in a game that wasn’t as close as the final score."

I absolutely agree that Sunday night was a statement win for the Buffalo Bills because this team answered plenty of questions in Week 5. As previously mentioned, Josh Allen had a big game in a pressure situation, the defense stymied the Chiefs’ offense with constant pressure from just their front four, and the Bills went into a hostile environment and came away with a win.

The Buffalo Bills have another primetime matchup on the road against the Tennessee Titans. If they are able to extend their win streak, they are likely to move up to the top spot in the few power rankings left that don’t have them there.
