Buffalo Bills: 3 bold predictions for Week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs
Zack Moss records his first career game with 100 rushing yards
The Buffalo Bills defense is playing excellent but one of the best ways to beat the Kansas City Chiefs is to try and limit the amount of time that Patrick Mahomes and this offense is on the field. With that in mind, I could see a scenario where the Buffalo Bills lean on their run game and find great success.
So far this season, the Chiefs have struggled to stop the run and currently are allowing the second most rushing yards per game with 146 yards. This isn’t necessarily due to the fact that teams are running often as opposing teams are averaging 5.4 yards per carry, which is the highest in the NFL currently.
Meanwhile for the Bills, while the run game hasn’t been great it has been effective. One of the reasons is Zack Moss, who has played well over the past three games with an average of 62 scrimmage yards per game and four total touchdowns.
If the Buffalo Bills want to lean on the run game to try and shorten the game, then this sets up perfectly for Zack Moss. I believe he will get close to 20 touches in this game and record his first career 100-yard rushing game.
