5 Buffalo Bills who helped in rout of Washington Football Team

Josh Allen did whatever he pleased against the Football Team this past week.

The Bills’ gunslinger completed 32 of his 43 passes for 358 yards, four touchdowns, and zero interceptions while also adding nine yards and a score on the ground.

In a game littered with highlight-reel plays, Allen’s best was his first touchdown pass. In the first quarter, Allen rolled out to the right and hit Emmanuel Sanders with a beautifully placed ball in the end zone for a 28-yard score.

Allen’s 32 completions, 358 passing yards, 74.4-percent completion percentage, four touchdowns, and 129.8 passer rating were all the best marks he’s posted in a single game this year. Additionally, he did it all while not being sacked once by Washington’s front.

The completion percentage is the most important number to note, as Allen hadn’t been overly accurate through his first two contests, completing less than 60-percent of his attempts in both.

If the Bills are going to make a run at a Super Bowl in 2021, Allen will need to continue churning out performances like the one he just did.
