5 players that disappointed in Buffalo Bills’ loss to Pittsburgh Steelers
CB Levi Wallace
It wasn’t a good day for the Bills’ secondary as a whole, but the Steelers went after Wallace on Sunday and yielded positive results.
Ben Roethlisberger targeted Wallace’s coverage frequently in the game and had success, especially when going after Wallace when he lined up across from Diontae Johnson. Roethlisberger’s only passing touchdown of the game was to Johnson and it came when Wallace was in coverage.
Matching up against Johnson proved to be too difficult of a matchup for Wallace, as the corner just couldn’t keep up with the shifty receiver’s speed.
To Wallace’s credit, Pittsburgh possesses one of the best wide receiver trios in football with Johnson, Chase Claypool, and JuJu Smith-Schuster, however, he’ll need to have better performances moving forward to avoid being picked on by opposing passers.
