Devin Singletary makes an impact on limited touches

While the Buffalo Bills are unlikely to move away from the passing offense with Josh Allen and the wide receivers he has, they certainly needed to get a little more from their run game in hopes of keeping defenses honest.

One of the key parts of the run game is Devin Singletary, who is off to a fast start this preseason. After a good game against the Lions, the third-year running back only had three touches but he made the most of them. On his second carry of the game, Singletary took a toss from Mitchell Trubisky on fourth down, broke a shoulder tackle and kept going for a 14-yard touchdown.

Then on the next drive, Singletary caught a pass and while he only picked up five yards he showed off tremendous balance as he broke another tackle.

Last year was a disappointment for Devin Singletary but he looks like he could have a bounce back year in 2021 if the first two preseason games are any indication.
