AFC East Offensive Grades: Buffalo Bills offense still class of division
Total Offense ratings
Buffalo Bills: 9
New England Patriots: 10
Miami Dolphins: 11
New York Jets: 18
It’s pretty close at the top, but when compared to the rest of the division, the Bills narrowly edged out New England. The upgrades the Patriots made this offseason have vaulted them up the divisional ranks, although it’s fair to say the disparity in QB between Buffalo and the rest of the AFC East can’t be measured fully on this scale.
The Dolphins really improved the passing targets for Tua Tagovailoa, but keeping the pocket clean may be a challenge for this group. The Jets still remain a work in progress, but with a new QB and improved receivers, the air attack should look better in 2021.
