Greg Rousseau (DE -> TE)

A player who could make the move from defense to offense could be the Buffalo Bills first round pick, Greg Rousseau. The former University of Miami defensive end is a towering pass rusher who stands at 6’6″ and 266 pounds. That is why I think a move to tight end would give Josh Allen a big red zone target and put pressure on opposing defenses.

Rousseau is another player that has some experience playing on the other side of the ball but he hasn’t done it since high school. However, he was pretty good and in 2016 was named second-team All-State as a wide receiver. That season he finished with 28 receptions, 467 receiving yards and nine touchdowns.

If the Bills were to move Rousseau to tight end, he would be the biggest at the position as he is an inch taller than Nate Becker. He also would have a tremendous catch radius with a wingspan of 83″. The Bills will likely let Greg Rousseau focus on being a pass rusher as a rookie but maybe Brian Daboll can dial up a play that utilizes his size during the season.
