Buffalo Bills fantasy outlook: Cole Beasley

Last year’s finish:

Since Cole Beasley has come to the Bills, he has been nothing but a catch machine. He finished 31st amongst receivers, with 82 receptions for 967 yards and 4 touchdowns. That’s not too bad when Stefon Diggs led the league in receiving yards.

My personal stats projection for this year

This is the year Beasley will break into the triple-digit club for receptions. Beasley will have 103 receptions, 1,134 yards, and 6 touchdowns. Beasley will benefit from a better offensive line, a weaker strength of schedule, and enough big-time games where passing the ball will be paramount to success.

2020 Average draft position

According to FFP, Beasley was drafted with the 83rd pick overall in their drafts. With almost 1.800 yards the past two seasons, Beasley’s ADP should be way higher this upcoming season. Especially for those of you who are in PPR- Beasley got 107 targets this year and 106 in 2019. Just having the chance to know he could have that many targets again is tantalizing to think about.

Final verdict: He is a must-own WR2

Cole Beasley is the Buffalo Bills “Weapon X”, always seeming to be a safety blanket for Josh Allen to throw to. He also had his first passing touchdown last year. Beasley should be a target higher up in the draft than last year. Having a solid #2 can really anchor your WR corps and make for a more successful fantasy season.
