The NFL plays one of the shortest regular seasons among professional sports so every game is important for the Buffalo Bills. While they added an additional game this year, expanding the regular season to 17 games, there are still a few games on the schedule that are going to be crucial for the Buffalo Bills as they hope to reach the playoffs for the third straight year.

These are three games that are must-wins this season for the Buffalo Bills.

Week 1: Pittsburgh Steelers at Buffalo Bills

The pressure will be on right out of the gate as the Bills’ first game of the season will be important to come away with a win. The Bills and Steelers both have playoff aspirations this year and they could be fighting for positioning within the AFC.

This is going to be the third year that the Bills and Steelers meet each other during the regular season. The Buffalo Bills have won both games and their last meeting helped secure the number two seed for the Bills as they finished 13-3 while the Steelers finished 12-4 and dropped to the three seed.
