Trai Turner
Surprisingly, the Buffalo Bills haven’t signed a former Carolina Panthers player yet this season. However, there are some available and a player like Trai Turner could make sense for this team.
Turner was a third-round pick by the Panthers in 2014 and won the starting right guard job as a rookie. He quickly became a pivotal part of the offensive line and one of the better guards in the league. He would go on to being named to five straight Pro Bowls from 2015 to 2019.
This past offseason, the Panthers traded Turner to the Los Angeles Chargers and he would end up starting nine games this past season. However, due to salary cap constraints, the Chargers released Turner and he is now a free agent.
The Bills did bring back Jon Feliciano on a three-year deal but the other guard position is up in the air. The thought would be Cody Ford could be the starter as he is returning for injury but having a player who could compete for that job could be a great thing for Ford and the offensive line in general.
