Buffalo Bills mock draft after re-signing Matt Milano and Daryl Williams

As the league new year just around the corner, the Buffalo Bills may end up being more active prior to free agency than in free agency. The Bills have made a bevy of moves including three pay cuts, one to Mitch Morse, another to Vernon Butler, and the last to Mario Addison. These pay cuts were largely responsible for creating the cap space that enabled the Buffalo Bills to re-sign both Matt Milano and Daryl Williams.

On top of these pay cuts, the Buffalo Bills also released John Brown and Quinton Jefferson which freed up about $14M in cap space. However, by making all of these moves so far this offseason the Bills have both reduced the number of gaps in their roster while also creating new ones.

As the roster currently stands, in no particular order the main positions of need are at right guard, cornerback, edge rusher, tight end, wide receiver, interior defensive lineman, and running back. There are some other minor areas that could use either depth or a versatile prospect to fill the role, but these are the main areas to focus on moving forward.
