The Buffalo Bills have been discussed as one of the potential landing spots for free agent defensive end J.J. Watt. The Houston Texans released J.J. Watt on Friday and it didn’t take long for Stefon Diggs to send out a tweet.

Last offseason, Stefon Diggs was the Bills’ top addition and helped completely change the offense. He would go on to lead the league in receptions and receiving yards and the Bills made it to the AFC Championship Game due in large part to Diggs and this offense.

The focus now is on what the Buffalo Bills need to do to make it to the Super Bowl and hopefully win a championship. One of the areas of need is improving the pass rush and a player like J.J. Watt would certainly do that.

Watt has had an impressive career with the Houston Texans and has 101 career sacks in 10 seasons.

However, Stefon Diggs isn’t the only one that has begun recruiting the star pass rusher as former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Andre Reed joined in on Saturday.

If anyone knows Buffalo or this franchise, it certainly is Andre Reed. He was a fourth round pick by the Bills in 1985 and played 15 years in Buffalo. He owns a number of franchise career records, made seven straight trips to the Pro Bowl from 1988 to 1994,

and was a big part of the team’s four straight trips to the Super Bowl in the early 1990s.

He also understands the importance of having a good pass rush as he played with one of the greatest pass rushers in NFL history, defensive end Bruce Smith.

It remains to be seen if the Buffalo Bills will be able to convince J.J. Watt to join the team but it has already been reported that they have shown interest in the former Defensive Player of the Year.
