Linebackers
The Colts found a weakness in this defense and exploited it over and over again over the course of the game. The Buffalo Bills linebackers, and secondary, struggled to stay with their trio of tight ends (Jack Doyle, Mo Alie-Cox, and Trey Burton). Those three combined for 14 receptions and 136 receiving yards.
It wasn’t all bad though as Matt Milano and Tremaine Edmunds do need some credit in slowing down Jonathan Taylor. This could have attributed to the tight ends having the day they did as the linebackers were so focused on the star running back.
Milano finished the game as the team’s leading tackle with 11 total tackles and one pass defended while Edmunds had nine total tackles and two passes defended.
