These are the four biggest storylines for the Buffalo Bills from the regular season.

The Buffalo Bills finished the season with a 13-3 record, which tied the franchise record for most wins in a season and locked up the two seed in the AFC. They are now set to face the Indianapolis Colts in the first round of the playoffs.

However, before we move to the playoffs let’s take a look at some of the biggest storylines from the regular season.

Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs breaks records

The play of Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs was one of the biggest storylines not only for the Bills but in the NFL. When general manager Brandon Beane traded for Diggs this offseason the hope was that he could help this passing attack but it would be hard to imagine they could have predicted this kind of production.

The fact that Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs didn’t have much offseason to get on the same page and were able to have this kind of season is remarkable. It was a record setting season for both players.

Josh Allen set a number of single season records this year including passing yards (4,544), passing touchdowns (37), and most AFC Offensive Player of the Week awards (4). Meanwhile, Diggs in his first season with the Bills broke the single-season record in receptions (127) and receiving yards (1,535). He would go on to be near the top of the league in both categories as well.

The play of both of these players has completely transformed this offense and been a nightmare for opposing defenses all season.
