Jordan Poyer

Another player who should earn his first Pro Bowl selection is Jordan Poyer. The Bills starting safety joined the team in 2017 as a free agent and quickly became the starter alongside Micah Hyde.

He has been a fixture in this defense and earned a contract extension this offseason. He has rewarded the Buffalo Bills with arguably the best season of his career. Through 10 games, Poyer leads the team in tackles with 83, second in tackles for a loss with six to go along with two interceptions, one forced fumble, and four passes defended.

The Buffalo Bills defense has not been as dominant as they have in past seasons however this is no fault to Jordan Poyer. The 28-year old has elevated his play this season and is arguably the best player on the defense right now.
