These are three Arizona Cardinals the Buffalo Bills need to gameplan for in Week 10.
The Buffalo Bills moved to 2-0 against the NFC West with their win over the Seattle Seahawks. They face another NFC West opponent in Week 10, the Arizona Cardinals, however, this time the game is on the road.
The Arizona Cardinals look to be a team on the rise with wins in three of their last four games and currently are only one game back from the Seattle Seahawks in the division at 5-3. They have playmakers on both sides of the ball that the Bills will likely need to spend extra time this week preparing for.
These are three players on the Arizona Cardinals that the Buffalo Bills will need to focus their attention on leading up to Sunday.
Kyler Murray
There is no question that the one player the coaching staff is going to have to spend most of their time preparing for is quarterback Kyler Murray. The Cardinals quarterback was the number one overall pick last season and this year he is having a breakout season.
In eight games, Murray is averaging 266 passing yards per game with a completion percentage of 68% with 16 passing touchdowns and seven interceptions. The reason Murray is so dynamic and will create such a challenge for the Bills is his ability to make plays with his legs. He has 543 rushing yards already this year with eight rushing touchdowns. He has had at least one rushing touchdown in seven of eight games this year.
This dual threat ability from Murray means every player on the defense is going to have to be very disciplined and make sure when in coverage they also are trying to account for where Murray is on the field and make sure he hasn’t escaped the pocket.
