Russell Wilson

There is no question that priority number one for the Buffalo Bills has to be slowing down Russell Wilson. The Seahawks quarterback currently ranks third in the NFL in passing yards per game (307.3), first in passing touchdowns (26), and first in passer rating at 120.7.

However, similar to Josh Allen the Buffalo Bills not only are going to have to account for Wilson as a passer but also as a runner. He may not run as much as some of the mobile quarterbacks but is very efficient with an average of 7.4 yards per attempt this year, which is a career-high.

This is the one thing that the Buffalo Bills have to make sure he doesn’t get going and the defense is able to contain him in the pocket. This past week against the Patriots, Cam Newton was able to pick up 54 yards on the ground.

The Buffalo Bills defense has struggled and it doesn’t get any easier this week against Russell Wilson. They will need their best performance all season if the Bills hope to come away with a win.
