Buffalo Bills: Top takeaways from Week 8 win over New England Patriots
Jon Feliciano is a difference-maker
The big return this week was on the offensive line as Jon Feliciano played in his first game this season after suffering a torn pec at the start of training camp. The timing couldn’t have been any more perfect.
The Bills entered this game without Cody Ford, who is dealing with a knee injury, so Feliciano got the start at left guard. However, he played only one series there because on the team’s opening drive Mitch Morse suffered a concussion that forced him to miss the remainder of the game.
It was Feliciano who after that opening drive would go on to play center in place of Morse and he did a good job. The offensive line as a whole really did an excellent job as Zack Moss and Devin Singletary had plenty of running room and Josh Allen really didn’t feel much pressure most of the game.
The injuries for Cody Ford and Mitch Morse will be worth watching this week but with the return of Jon Feliciano, the loss won’t be as great.
