For the second straight week, the Buffalo Bills struggle and lose. This time by a final score of 26-17 to the Kansas City Chiefs.

In what was supposed to be a shootout between two of the top offenses in the NFL, turned into a defensive struggled where the Kansas City Chiefs came out on top by a final score of 26-17 over the Buffalo Bills.

While the final score was somewhat close, the game itself certainly was not that way as the Chiefs racked up over 450 total yards of offense with 245 rushing yards. The Chiefs rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire finishing the game with 161 rushing yards, which was a career-high.

However, the Buffalo Bills offense for the second straight week continued to struggle to sustain any rhythm on offense. They had only 50 total plays on offense with barely over 200 total yards of offense as Josh Allen throws for a season-low 122 passing yards but did have two passing touchdowns.

Allen also was the Buffalo Bills leading rusher with 42 rushing yards and the team as a whole finished with under 100 rushing yards which is the fifth time in six games this season. Devin Singletary was next on the Bills in rushing yards with only 32 rushing yards on 10 attempts.

For the third straight week, Stefon Diggs led the Bills in receiving but it was only six receptions for 46 yards and one touchdown. Slot receiver Cole Beasley caught the other touchdown and finished with 45 receiving yards and four receptions.

This is now the second straight game that the Buffalo Bills have looked out of sync, and outmatched on both sides of the ball. The Bills last week were blown out by the Tennessee Titans 42-16.

The focus for the Buffalo Bills will be to try and regroup on a short week. The good news is that next on the schedule is the winless New York Jets and presents a great opportunity to really figure out what has been wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.
