Gabriel Davis

While Epenesa saw his snaps drop significantly, Gabriel Davis got a chance to start for the first time in his career. The fourth round draft pick replaced starter John Brown who was inactive this week due to an injury.

Davis would go on to play every offensive snap and finished second on the team with receiving yards with 58 on five catches. Unfortunately, the best play he had all night will not show up in the box score as he caught a touchdown in the first quarter but was called back due to an illegal shift.

The early performance by Gabriel Davis is promising and he should continue to see plenty of playing time, even when John Brown returns from his injury.

Tyler Bass

It was a fairly quiet night for Tyler Bass as he was asked to only kick one field goal attempt and one extra point, which he was able to connect on both. It appears that Bass has gotten over the early season jitters as he has missed only one extra point the past four weeks and no field goal attempts.
