Andre Roberts

It seems like every week Andre Roberts could be considered an x-factor but this week in particular he has a favorable matchup that the Pro Bowl returner could capitalize on. He currently leads the league in total punt return yards with 86 and is currently fifth in average yards per punt in the NFL among returners with three or more punt returns at 12.3.

Meanwhile, the Raiders punter AJ Cole is tied for the second-worst average return yards against per punt at 13.3 yards. Not surprisingly, he also ranks fifth-worst in net yards per punt at 37.6 yards per punt.

For Cole, these numbers aren’t always the fault of the punter but the Raiders coverage team. However, this is one area the Buffalo Bills could have a distinct advantage and this could allow the team to continually control the field position battle in Week 4 against the Raiders.
