For the second straight week, Zack Moss essentially split the snaps with Devin Singletary at running back. The rookie played 28 snaps, which was 46% of the offensive snaps, while Singletary played 34, which was 56%.

While Moss did have a touchdown reception in Week 1, this week he was much more efficient running the ball. In the game against the Jets, he was only able to muster 11 yards on nine carries. However, in Week 2 he had 37 rushing yards on eight carries including a long of 14 yards.

At this point in the season, it isn’t too much of a concern about the low rushing totals because this seems to be a bigger offensive issue as Devin Singletary also has struggled. Frankly, the Bills haven’t needed big games from their running backs quite yet with how well Josh Allen has played.
