Buffalo Bills Defensive Ends
Another week, another sack from Mario Addison who had his first with the Buffalo Bills last week against the New York Jets. He led all defensive ends with tackles as well with three total while Jerry Hughes and Trent Murphy accounted for one tackle each as well as one QB hit each.
This was also the first game for second round draft pick A.J. Epenesa, however, he did not register a stat against the Dolphins.
The depth the Buffalo BIlls have at the position is tremendous and the coaching staff seems to be trying to rotate them fairly evenly early on. It will be worth watching how the playing time breaks down in the coming weeks and who might emerge.

Buffalo Bills Defensive Tackles
The Buffalo Bills had defensive tackle Vernon Butler active for this game so fans got to see the full potential of this group. For the most part, they played well as Ed Oliver led the way with four total tackles and a sack as well as a pass defended.
The other three tackles of Butler, Quinton Jefferson, and Harrison Phillips combined for eight total tackles and three QB hits with Phillips responsible for two of them.
Similar to the defensive end position, the depth is tremendous. The way the Bills are able to rotate these players in to wear down the interior of the opposing offensive line is a huge advantage. This group should remain a strength of the defense.
