The three players previously listed will need to make a statement game to keep their spot on the roster, however for Josh Allen, it is something bigger. The Buffalo Bills quarterback is one of the most polarizing players in the NFL and there are stats to point to make your case either way.

The team’s former first round pick certainly improved his performance from his rookie season to last year and as the season went on it seemed like he got better. The way the season ended with the playoff loss to the Houston Texans is undoubtedly is still on his mind and he said he has learned a lot from that game.

This year, Josh Allen has the best supporting cast around him that he has had in his NFL career. He is the quarterback of an NFL team that has division title aspirations and those chances really hinge on how he performs.

There is no question that Josh Allen has incredible pressure on him this season. If he is able to come out and have a big game, it may not quiet the critics too much, but if he struggles the noise will likely get even louder.
