Buffalo Bills: 4 players other teams may try to trade for
John Brown
The last player is probably a surprise because right now John Brown is going to be the starting wide receiver opposite Stefon Diggs this coming season. He is coming off a 1,000 yard receiving season and was the Bills best wide receiver last year.
However, the Bills fourth round draft pick, Gabriel Davis, is having a tremendous camp by all accounts. The front office was excited about the potential that Davis possesses with the size and speed he has but it is hard to imagine he would have come in and have the impact he has had.
In a position that already has Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley, the Bills could put Davis in the starting line up and he would likely get winnable matchups that allowed him to produce. In addition to what likely would not be a drop in production, the Bills could also save over $7.5 million in cap space this year, according to Spotrac.
The fact that the Bills have a player that has stepped up this camp and the financial savings they could have trading John Brown at a point that his value is the highest, this is a trade that makes sense when considering these factors.
