These are some of the top highlights from yesterday’s practice for the Buffalo Bills.

The Buffalo Bills were on the practice field Monday and welcomed back Josh Allen, Harrison Phillips, Vernon Butler and Quinton Jefferson, according to Sal Capaccio of WGR550. All four players were apart of the lab error that returned false-positives on their COVID-19 tests over the weekend.

Josh Allen dialed in as he returns to practice

It was good to see Josh Allen back on the practice field and he was locked in on Monday with two beautiful throws. One of those throws was on the run as he had to roll out of the pocket after protection broke down.

He moved to his left and was able to throw across his body and hit John Brown in stride

There is no doubt that Josh Allen is going to be under plenty of pressure this offseason. However, plays like these are why his potential is so high. He has great mobility and can make plays like these when the play breaks down.

The other pass went to Gabriel Davis who was able to beat All-Pro corner Tre’Davious White and gain a step on him. One of the concerns is Allen’s accuracy, especially on deep passes, but there was no issues on this throw as he drops it right over Davis’ shoulder.

Another candidate for Catch of Camp

Last week, Duke Williams had a couple of highlight reel catches that would certainly content for best of the summer. On Monday, Andre Roberts put himself in contention with a diving catch from Matt Barkley down the sideline for what would have been a touchdown.

There has plenty talked about who will win that final wide receiver spot between players like Andre Roberts, Duke Williams and Isaiah McKenzie. The knock on Roberts has been the fact that he is primarily a returner and doesn’t provide much as a wide receiver.

However, this catch shows he certainly has some potential at the position. The way he was able to track the ball over his shoulder while fully extending to pull in the catch is impressive. This is not to say Andre Roberts is going to become a starter but if the team were to need him at the position, he could certainly fill the role.
