Players from the 1990s

Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Bruce Smith, Darryl Talley, Cornelius Bennett, Steve Tasker

There was players that came and gone during those Super Bowl runs but the core always remained and from that group it was these seven players that deserved to win the big game. While some of these players went on to play a few seasons for other franchises, a bulk of their career was spent in Western New York.

This group had the franchises best quarterback (Jim Kelly), running back (Thurman Thomas), wide receiver (Andre Reed), defensive end (Bruce Smith) and special teams player (Steve Tasker). Even to this day, a majority of them still hold franchise records from their time with the Bills.

These were some of the greatest players to ever play for the Buffalo Bills and it would have been great to see them come away with at least one Super Bowl win from their time in Buffalo.
