Cornerback

The cornerback position is another one the Buffalo Bills addressed this offseason but they didn’t necessarily add a long-term solution. The cornerback spot opposite Tre’Davious White is one that hasn’t been a top priority for Brandon Beane. The Bills have tried to get by with veterans and undrafted free agent Levi Wallace.

This season is no different as the Bills will give Wallace another chance to win the starting job but he will be competing with free agent signings Josh Norman and E.J. Gaines. The team also added Dane Jackson in the seventh round but he is not expected to compete for the starting job this year.

With the uncertainty of Tre’Davious White contract situation, as he will be a free agent after the 2021 season, it would make sense for the Bills front office to find a long term answer that could potentially step into White’s role if he were to leave the Buffalo Bills in a few years.
