Week 1 – New York Jets (Home)

One of the easiest games on the Buffalo Bills schedule also happens to be the first game of the 2020 season. The Bills will have the luxury of opening the upcoming season at home against the New York Jets.

The Jets last year built an early lead on the Bills in their first matchup, which took place at MetLife Stadium, but the team rallied for a 17-16 victory. This time around the Buffalo Bills shouldn’t get off to a slow start and win this game fairly easily.

Unlike the game last year, the Bills should have a much better offense, especially considering the Bills had 9 new starters from the previous year with the only holdovers being Josh Allen and Dion Dawkins.

This familiarity should help, combined with the addition of Stefon Diggs, is likely to overpower a Jets defense that has some decent players like Jamal Adams and C.J. Mosley, but is below average as a collective unit.
