6. Reggie Gilliam

Another interesting prospect the Buffalo Bills added was fullback/tight end Reggie Gilliam out of the University of Toledo. He had limited stats in college with only 18 receptions for 153 receiving yards and two rushing attempts for one yard but he had a way of finding the end zone as he scored four touchdowns (3 receiving and one rushing).

At 6’1″ and 255 pounds, Gilliam would likely play fullback for the Buffalo Bills. However, the Bills already have an established veteran at the position, with Patrick DiMarco, and he doesn’t see the field frequently playing only 15.53 offensive snaps last year.

There is one path Gilliam has to make the roster and that comes on special teams. DiMarco last year did play 37.68% of special teams snaps and Gilliam showed to be a good player on special teams at Toledo. In 2018, Gilliam blocked four kicks on special teams, which is a Toledo record according to Brian Buckey at the Toledo Blade.

Reggie Gilliam has a better chance than the two players previously mentioned but he still has to be considered a long shot.
