Buffalo Bills: Game-by-game predictions for the 2020 season

Week 8 – New England Patriots (Home)

The Buffalo Bills have to wait until Week 8 of the season for their first matchup with the team that has dominated their division for nearly two decades. However, this year will be vastly different with Tom Brady no longer under center.

The Patriots are certainly a wild card entering this year because not only did they lose Brady but lost a number of key pieces on the defensive side of the ball. They certainly don’t appear to be as formidable as they have in year’s past but still have Bill Belichick as this head coach and he shouldn’t be taken lightly.

If the Buffalo Bills hope to get a division title this year, this is as much of a must win as any game on this schedule. They need to at the very least split the series with the New England Patriots and a game at home is their best chance.
