3. Paul Posluszny

Next on this list is linebacker Paul Posluszny, who the Bills drafted in the 2007 NFL Draft. The team selected Posluszny to replace London Fletcher at middle linebacker and he was off to a promising start his rookie season before suffering a broken forearm in the third game of the season.

He would return the next season to his role at middle linebacker and put together three straight seasons with over 100 total tackles, including 151 total tackles in 2010.

However, that would be his final season with the Bills as he signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars that offseason. He would go on to play seven more years with the Jaguars and be just as productive with over 100 total tackles in five of those seasons. Posluszny was also selected to the Pro Bowl in 2013.
