Buffalo Bills: Wide receivers to target in each round of NFL Draft

Round 3: Chase Claypool

This may be a little optimistic but if Chase Claypool is still on the board as the Buffalo Bills get close to their pick in the third round, it might be worth trading up to snag him.

The former Notre Dame wide receiver brings an incredible size at 6’4″ and 229 pounds and steadily improved over the last three years for the Fighting Irish. He had a breakout season last year with over 1,000 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns.

The size is what this offense needs but he will be most effective because of he has John Brown and Stefon Diggs around him. Their big play ability should free up the middle of the field and the underneath routes for Claypool.

He would be a perfect piece to add with the talent the Bills have already collected and he can be a red zone specialist as a rookie with an eye towards being a big slot receiver in a few years.
