Round 6, 188th overall: Lamar Jackson, CB (Nebraska)

Available players at this pick: Kendall Coleman, EDGE (Syracuse), Mohamed Barry, LB (Nebraska)

The Buffalo Bills have added two cornerbacks this offseason with veterans Josh Norman and E.J. Gaines. However, in a league that is dominated by the pass then an NFL team can’t have enough cornerbacks.

Lamar Jackson is a big corner at 6’2″ and 208 pounds and with his size and length he could be a great fit for the zone defense that Sean McDermott likes to run. Similar to some of these other players, he isn’t going to be expected to step into a starting role and with time to develop could be in line for a starting job in his second or third season.
