The Buffalo Bills will be picking in the top 10 of the 2019 NFL Draft even after picking up a win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

The Buffalo Bills didn’t worry about the draft order on Sunday and picked up a fun, blowout victory over the Miami Dolphins.

The win put the Bills at 6-10, which is still a bad enough record to pick in the top 10 of the first round.

As of right now, it appears the Bills will pick either ninth or tenth. The NFL tweeted this out just a bit ago:

But Joe Buscaglia of WKBW in Buffalo, who was tweeting out draft order updates all day, says this order is not quite set.

He called out that tweet from the NFL and made it clear that it may come down to a coin toss between the Bills and the Denver Broncos for the ninth pick.

Either way, the Bills are picking in the top 10. That much I can understand at this point.

Some fans may sit home and be bitter about the team beating the Dolphins. I just don’t understand that. Are the players supposed to lose on purpose? That is just foolish to think such a thing would ever happen.

It was Kyle Williams‘ last game and Josh Allen arguably had the best game of his rookie season. Tremaine Edmunds also had a great day, along with most of the roster.

A top 10 pick is still going to bring an elite prospect to Buffalo. Getting mad about two or three draft spots is a waste of energy.

The good news is that the Bills finished the regular season with a great win and can go into the offseason happy. The coaching staff will remain in place and the rebuild continues. That is much different than some other teams who earned some top draft picks today.
