The Morning Charge: No Pro Bowl selections in 2018
The Buffalo Bills didn’t have any Pro Bowl selections this year, but several players are reportedly alternates. That is to be expected in 2018.
The Pro Bowl selections were announced last night and the Buffalo Bills saw a total of zero players elected to the annual event.
If you didn’t plan on watching anyway, this is a good excuse to stay even further away.
The Bills did not have anyone selected but two players did reportedly get picked as alternates.
Based on playoff participation and injuries, it is likely we see Kyle Williams in the Pro Bowl. It may take a miracle for Jerry Hughes to show up as well.
This is well-deserved for the veteran who decided to come back for another year after he was part of the team that got the franchise back to the postseason. This year hasn’t gone as well, but his leadership surely has had a great impact on the young players in the locker room.
The Pro Bowl could end up being his final game if he ends up being used as an alternate, and it would be a fitting way to end a great career.
We look at this news and more in today’s edition of The Morning Charge.
