Buffalo Bills fans are officially considered among the best in the world. That and more in today’s edition of The Morning Charge.

Buffalo Bills fans show up every season ready to go wild outside the stadium and keep the energy going inside as well.

Bills fans outside of Buffalo support the team all around the country and the world, making it a fandom bigger than football.

That was reflected in FanSided’s 2018 edition of the Fandom 250, a definitive ranking of the best fandoms all around the world.

This is a no-brainer for Bills fans, so it is good to see those outside the fandom rank the Bills so high. With such passionate support through both the good and bad times, Bills fans stand out as some of the best.

Cleveland Browns fans topped this year’s list, which is fair. However, Bills fans are similar and one can argue that the two teams could be swapped. Just get the Bills on national television a bit more and fans around the country will fall in love with the team.

Let’s look at this news and more in today’s edition of The Morning Charge. It’s Thursday so that means football is on tonight!

Here is the piece about this year’s Fandom 250. Be sure to check out the entire list as there are some fascinating fandoms included this year.

Brandon Beane quick to address his mistakes (BuffaLowDown, Matt Karas)

Karas offers his view of how Brandon Beane may make some bad decisions, but is quick to make corrections. Kelvin Benjamin is just the latest example.

Kelvin Benjamin becomes a free agent (PFT, Mike Florio)

Speaking of Benjamin, he is now without a job after going unclaimed on waivers. That is not much of a surprise, although I expect him to get another shot in 2019. There has to be at least one team out there willing to give him another chance.

Broncos claim former Bills wide receiver Andre Holmes off waivers (Mile High Report, Tim Lynch)

In other former Bills receiver news, Andre Holmes has already found himself a new team.

And he may even find himself in the playoffs.
