FOOTBALL IS BACK. Boy am I thankful for that. It seems the Bills have had a bit of luck with Gaines, Johnson, and Matthews all likely to play on Sunday. With all that said, let’s get into the bold predictions.

Winston won’t throw for a touchdown

Winston has been struggling with a shoulder injury recently, combine that with a top quality Buffalo defense, and you’ve got a nice cocktail. With two of our starting three corners fit to start, we shouldn’t have many issues.

It will be interesting to see how Matt Milano does in his second start for the team. Our linebackers have a weakness against the pass and Tampa have a good Tight End in Cameron Brate. That’s an area to watch.

I wouldn’t bet against Micah Hyde to grab another interception; he leads the league with 4.

The run game will break out

The run game has been explosive these last few years, which makes watching this year’s team even harder. Shady has yet to register a touchdown with an average of 3.3 YPC.

Tampa’s defense leaves a lot to be desired, and I expect Shady to run angry and hard. I think he’ll score multiple touchdowns on the day to reignite the Bills offense. If he does this, the signs all point to a much-needed win for Buffalo.

FOXBORO, MA – OCTOBER 02: Nick O’Leary

Nick O’Leary will have 100 yards receiving and a Touchdown

The best weapon on offense has no doubt been Charles Clay. Now that he’s out expect O’Leary to have a big day. When O’Leary does see a ball thrown his way, he almost always makes the catch. With Jordan Matthews expected to be back, O’Leary won’t draw any extra coverage and could go under the radar.

I believe this is the week where everything on offense comes together, even without Charles Clay.
