The Buffalo Bills and the crew at New Era Field are doing things a little different this Sunday. Before the game, Bills fans may find themselves taking a sledge hammer to an airplane.

This seems like something straight out of the Rex Ryan era. If it were Rex Ryan, he and the team would be out there smashing the window of the jet with a hammer. I have to believe some sort of explosive would be involved as well. But Rex Ryan is no more, which makes me wonder how much Sean McDermott had to do with this.

A truly brilliant idea:

And the mayhem that ensued:

I didn’t think I would spend my Sunday morning watching a guy in a Stevie Johnson jersey that a sledge hammer to an airplane, but then again I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I have to believe the New York Jets will have something in return for the Thursday night match-up in New York later on in the season.

If I had to choose one Buffalo Bills’ player to wield the hammer for this event, it would have to be the vet, Kyle Williams. If Sammy Watkins were still on the team, then he would probably get hurt doing this, so it is a good thing we don’t have to worry about that.

I don’t know who wouldn’t enjoy Richie Incognito cause some destruction as well.
