Will the Buffalo Bills be better in 2016?

So will the entire team be better? Well, we just told you the offense, defense, and special teams units would all be better in 2016. This is a tricky answer for reasons we will explain but the ultimate answer is yes, we believe the team will be better this year. The caveat is that the Bills have a much tougher schedule in 2016 compared to 2015.

Due to this fact, they may play better in 2016 but that doesn’t necessarily mean they will have more wins in 2016 than they did in 2015. Our way too early prediction for the Bills schedule has them going 10-6 but there were many games in there that were toss ups. The Bills have absolutely no room for error this season and they will need to be much better in 2016, than they were in 2015 in order to overcome their harder schedule.

So as the former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Terrell Owens would say, “Get’cha popcorn ready” because if our predictions come true this season it will be a wild ride for the Bills and their fans as they fight their way to the end in hopes of ending their 16 year playoff drought. They are going to need to catch a break or two along the way, but that may have already happened considering Tom Brady will miss Week 4 when the Bills play the Patriots in Foxboro.

In theory, the Bills will be better but in actuality, they have a much harder schedule and they will need to go out and prove every week that they are a better team than last season if they truly want to end the NFL’s longest playoff drought. Let’s hope they do.
