"Buffalo Bills rookie running back Karlos Williams will likely miss multiple weeks with an undisclosed injury, according to a report from Tyler Dunne of The Buffalo News.Dunne reported that Williams’ injury was “serious” after he was hospitalized after waking up in severe pain Monday.The 22-year-old led Buffalo with 14 rushing attempts in the team’s preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers on Friday. He finished with 40 yards rushing and one touchdown, while also catching two passes for 23 yards."

GM Doug Whaley: Bills are ‘a national brand now with Rex’

"Typically in the NFL, a team becomes a national brand through its quarterback or star players. That’s not the case with the Buffalo Bills, according to general manager Doug Whaley.Whaley and the Bills lack star power at quarterback, which is a real problem.
