Buffalo Bills defensive training camp preview

We took  a look at the offensive side of the ball and we know that there are some changes that still need to be made.  With a total of 28 players listed on the offensive side of the ball, it leaves a total of 25 spots for the defense and the kickers.  The Buffalo Bills carried 3 kickers last year, but also only had 2 quarterbacks available per game.  This could be the case again this year with Rex Ryan but he he did always have 3 quarterbacks available in each game.

With only 53 roster spots, and the Buffalo Bills going into camp with 89 players, they will be looking to cut 36 players in 4 short weeks.

We will take a look at the Buffalo Bills defensive side of the ball and see if we can’t fit 25 players into the roster to break even on the 53 man roster.  If we need a spot, we still have 7 receivers going into the season, so there might be one disappointed receiver that is deserving of being a part of this team, but might have to give way for a defensive player to help with overall depth.

We will also take a look at the kickers as well after we go through the defense, but that shouldn’t be too long of a process.
