In total, the Buffalo Bills have 16 players listed as either a defensive end or a defensive tackle.  So we will start with the definitive choice and move forward accordingly.

Mario Williams, Kyle Williams and Marcell Dareus are the definitive players on the line that will be here.  Jerry Hughes is listed as a defensive end, but I believe that he will be playing linebacker for the Bills on the strong side as they will be running a 3-4 as their primary defensive scheme so I will include Hughes in my linebacker breakdown.

As far as additional players, Alex Carrington should be good choice for DT, he is also versatile to play the end position as well.  I believe that we also see Manny Lawson and Jarius Wynn as part of the end group that makes the team.  They both had very good years last year and it should continue through to this year.

Corbin Bryant also had a solid year last year for the Bills defensive line and should he continue into this year will have a spot on this team.

I figured that the Buffalo Bills would carry 8 defensive lineman into the season, with Jerry Hughes as a linebacker, but also able to fill in at the end position should injuries dictate that.

There are 7 lineman listed above leaving, 9 to fight for that 1 other spot.  The players left for that 1 spot are Michael Buchanan, Andrew Hudson, BJ Larsen, Cedric Reed, Erik Williams, Stefan Charles, Andre Fluellen, Justin Hamilton, and Jeremy Towns.

Next: Linebackers
