Here are the questions posed to me by Connor Fulton and my answers.

"A new coach. A new quarterback. A new running back. Are the Bills the biggest threat to the Patriots in the AFC East? I personally think that they are. Not only those three but the Bills have also added a threat at TE in Charles Clay, a position that they have not had a true threat at for a number of years now. The quarterback situation is still not hammered down, but with Greg Roman at the helm as OC, he has made less work when out in SF. The Bills were 9-7 in 2014. Do you see them reaching double digits in the win column this season? I think with how the schedule is laid out a quick start against the Colts and even against the Pats, the Bills will set themselves up for a 10 or 11 win season with a shot at the wildcard spot for the playoffs. I don’t think it is out of the question either for two back to back wins out of the gate, new offense, Colts don’t have tape and the Pats will only have 1 week, game planning is on the Bills side in the beginning of the season. After being passed on by the Bills, Brandon Spikes had a short-lived second stint in New England. Do you think Spikes will catch-on anywhere before Week 1? Brandon Spikes is a talented and intense player. He is a leader on the field and while here in Buffalo, he was on the field, even when not taking reps, helping the younger players with positioning and technique. His asking price is a bit high for the type of position player, run stopper for 1-2 downs, but I do think he will be on a roster before week 1 one of the season. Injuries will occur and he will come in as a stop gap for someone. Are the Bills better off with Charles Clay at tight end, or will they miss Scott Chandler and his effectiveness against the Patriots? Scott Chandler had limited success and was limited on his talent, Charles Clay was an explosive TE in Miami and will thrive in a TE based offense that Greg Roman usually puts together. Look for him to be in a similar role to what Vernon Davis was in SF when Roman was there. How much of a role will rookie Ronald Darby have in that Buffalo secondary? Darby has a true chance to start opposite Stephon Gilmore in week 1. Leodis McKelvin is right there with Corey Graham as well, but the word from offseason workouts is that he is the real deal and has the ability to perform in this league. Rex Ryan loves his corners and will leave them on the ‘island’ to make plays, Darby is that kind of player. Give your best- and worst-case scenario predictions for the Bills in 2015. Best case scenario is that the Buffalo Bills come out with an offense that had a lot of weapons and just clicks right from the start. With a defense that has not changed at all, they win 12-13 games, win the division and move into the playoffs with at least 1 home game. Worst case scenario, the Buffalo Bills will not get their offense working together, there will be too many egos that want productivity causing problems in the locker room and they fall flat on their face. They finish the season with another season that adds to their playoff drought and only bring home about 6-7 wins."

Connor and I both had a good time with the question and answer session. We will get together again closer to the start of the season when some of these questions have been answered and will take a look at the week 2 game as well.
