Buffalo Bills partner with Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

Nothing goes better together than watching football and eating some good ol’ American barbecue.

The Buffalo Bills have caught on to this game day trend and have named Dinosaur Bar-B-Que their official team sauce and BBQ restaurant of choice. This means that there will be Dinosaur Bar-B-Que served at standalone concession stands, suites and buffets at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Yum!

President & Chief Executive Officer of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Restaurants, Rene de la Garrigue, is thrilled about the New York-based restaurant’s partnership with the Bills.

"“We can’t think of a better way to spend game day than smoking some BBQ at Ralph Wilson Stadium and being a part of the Bills fans and family. It’s going to be a great and exciting season.”"

According to buffalobills.com, Buffalo’s Dinosaur Bar-B-Que location is at 301 Franklin Street, in the heart of the Theater District, and has been reeling in big crowds since its opening in February 2014. The restaurant seats approximately 210 patrons and is known (and loved) for its “unique, honky-tonk” flare.

Besides its newly opened Buffalo joint, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has eight other locations, including four in the New York State and four in surrounding states, including New Jersey and Connecticut. While Dinosaur Bar-B-Que does cater and offer live entertainment, many customers come just for the food itself. The restaurant chain specializes in craft beer, tender, juicy meats, spicy rubs and of course, its custom sauce.

And if fans don’t want to purchase food at the stadium, there are certainly plenty of other ways for them to get their Dinosaur Bar-B-Que fix.
