The Buffalo Bills are able to plan ahead for the defensive side of the ball and this puts them in a great position to continue to build and develop this side of the ball. With Kyle Williams getting up their in age and Marcell Dareus possibly being suspended, a defensive tackle could be in the works for the Buffalo Bills come draft day in the first or second rounds.

Malcom Brown is high on the list for defensive tackles. He is coming up with a draft grade of 6.26 which classifies him as an instant starter. Out of Texas, he is the first defensive tackle since the 1984 year and Tony Degrate to lead the team in tackles for loss and sacks. He started every game in 2013 and 2014 and is being allowed to declare as an underclassman for the draft.

Malcom Brown is being compared to the Denver Broncos defensive tackle SYlvester Williams who has played in 16 games over 2 years and come away with 32 tackles so far.

If Malcom Brown is available come the second round, which he is being projected to come out of the late first, the Buffalo Bills should take the time to consider him. He is a guy that will be able to step in and start immediately, and that could be good if Dareus is gone in the beginning of the year. Brown can step right into the rotation with Stefan Charles and Kyle Williams and the Buffalo Bills defensive line might not miss too big of a step. Plus then you have him for the future when Kyle Williams decides to hang it up.
