Yale University Grad and Kitchener, Ontario Native enjoyed a productive career at one of the most prestigious academic universities in the United States and possibly in the world. Although these universities normally don’t excel in putting together world class talent on the Football field there are many who excel on Sunday’s after there academic careers are over. Tyler Varga looks to be one of those player that will continue to play long after he walks across the stage at his college graduation. That enough about his academic accolades lets talk about his on field play. Varga is a hybrid between a true Running back and a Fullback. Varga’s athleticism was on full display during the senior bowl practices and during the game, during the game he directly led to three touchdowns scoring two and destroying a defender as Minnesota Running back David Cobb scampered in for the other. Varga is the type of player that coaches dream of: smart both in academia and in football, strong with a great work ethic, and a physicality that is rarely seen in this day and age. Varga is the complete prospect when it comes to a hybrid player who has something to prove at the next level as a player.
