Now that the process is out of the way, let’s take a look at the Buffalo Bills offensive line and how they fared.  To put it gently, they were all pretty terrible.  The Buffalo Bills had 8 offensive line take a snap throughout the year.  Of those 8 there were only 2 that were not in red figured, meaning that they had a negative grade for the season.

Cordy Glenn finished with a 6.5 as a grade and was clearly their best offensive lineman in an off year for him.  Chris Hairston was the other lineman that finished above 0 with a 1.0.  Hairston also only played in 29 rushing plays and 9 passing plays.

As far as the rest of them, Both Erik Pears and Seantrel Henderson came out with the two worst grades for Buffalo Bills lineman.  Henderson finished with a -29.9 grade and Pears finished with a -25.0 grade.

Henderson was better than Pears in the passing game but Pears graded higher in the rushing game than Henderson did.  They both also played in the same amount of snaps, 423 rushing plays and 663 passing plays.

I don’t think this means too much for a guy like Seantrel Henderson who came in as a 7th round rookie start for the Bills and played every down for them on offense.  For Erik Pears, if the lack of negotiations has any bearing on it, the Buffalo Bills have finally made the right decision on where to play Pears, on his own in the free agent market.

Eric Wood played in the 3rd most amount of plays being only out for 3 rushing plays than the Henderson and Pears.  He finished with 420 rushing plays and 663 passing plays.  For Eric Wood, he finished with a grade of a -5.5, which is not horrible, but for a center of his caliber, it should have been more towards the positive.
