The Buffalo Bills are coming into week 4 with a 2-1 record and are still tied for first place in the AFC East with the New England Patriots.

The Buffalo Bills come into the game with 11 players listed on the injury report.

Of those 11 players listed 4 are classified as being out for the game.  The players out for today’s game will be Marcus Easley, Marquise Goodwin, Randall Johnson, and Chris Williams.
